I really don't care if I'm "late" or not.

1. Yes, that was the, original, if you will. The only reason the idea that werewolves were bloodthirsty beasts in the first place, is because we were stupid back then. Stupid enough to believe that wolves were bloodthirsty and evil creatures, which they're not, and would never harm a human being unless that human did so first. So we created this creature on those untrue facts.

The Modern werewolf, (Goldenwolf's style, which is liked more than the original by the majority of werewolf fans) was created in part by that fact that wolves really aren't evil or bloodthirsty. People saw that.

2. You really don't make sense to me in this regard. It is not your place to decide what the fans like or how they take it. If you don't like the obsession with it, then tough. Deal with it man. You be obsessed with what you want. While I do agree that some fans do go overboard and take the style as law, what I'm trying to say to you is ignore it. Like what you like. Don't like what you don't. Just chill.

3. "Nobody else's vision of any mythical creature is better than the original myths."

That can be argued. For example, I wholeheartedly believe that the Modern are way better than the original. Why? Well let's put it this way...if you had a choice to be either one cursed individual who changes only during every full moon into some hairless to nearly hairless bloodthirsty creature who doesn't even look like a wolf but a bat from hell, killing everything in sight...or one blessed individual with the gift of turning into the perfect mixture of human and animal anytime at will without risk of killing your friends, family or whatever sad sack happens to be in the wrong spot at the wrong time....which would you choose? Hmmm? I guarantee you, that even the most hardcore evil werewolf fans would choose the second.

True, while modern werewolves weren't exist without the help of the original werewolf myth, but that isn't what made the Modern what it is. I do agree with you on that I encourage other people's versions of werewolves and other mythical creatures. I also like evil werewolves myself. But which is completely better than the other is not for you to decide for everyone else. That is a matter of your own opinion. That may be what you're getting at, but I can't tell.
